Lyophilised peptides are shipped at ambient temperature — the freeze-dried powder is stable for transit and does not require cold chain.
Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Order before 2pm NZ on a dispatch day and it goes out that day; otherwise it goes on the next dispatch day. Once away, tracked courier delivery is 1-2 business days to the North Island and 2-3 business days to the South Island. No shipping outside of New Zealand.
Purity results are published by the testing laboratory that ran the analysis, and we list them here by lot number so you can open the certificate on the lab's own site rather than taking our word for it. These tests are commissioned by the manufacturer, not run by us. A small number of products do not currently have a certificate; those are listed without one rather than presented as tested.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, or is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you — email orders@southernlabs.co.nz with your order number and photos. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, because research compounds cannot be resold once they leave our control. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
